Alcatel-Lucent

 

Writing Machine works for both the marketing and bid teams at Alcatel Lucent. We are used as a strategic resource on must-win bids, providing consultancy and Executive Summary writing. We also write and design brochures and articles for their marketing department.

 

Allianz

Insurance brokers know the Allianz brand well, but are not always aware of the other services it provides, like mechanical inspection and security advice. Allianz asked Writing Machine to produce a series of e-shots to raise the profile of these services among brokers. These have been well received and are now sent out monthly.

 

 

 BT BT uses a number of our services including writing and designing case studies, editing highly complex boilerplates and delivering our Structured Bid Writing training course.

 

Epicor

Epicor's Marketing Director for EMEA sought Writing Machine's help to market their EPM solutions. He needed to ensure that their collateral addressed the pain points of a senior management audience. Writing Machine firstly created a positioning document, detailing Epicor's unique competitive messages. We used these messages as the basis for a range of work including lead generation letters, DM pieces and white papers. We also manage the writing, design and printing of the UK newsletter. Writing Machine's work has impressed teams in both the UK and the US, and our successful message-led approach is being considered for worldwide roll-out.

 

Fidelity Information Services (FIS)

FIS is an expert in retail banking, providing software, information processing, technology outsourcing and professional IT consulting. We're currently writing case studies; writing, designing and mailing an e-newsletter and working on their annual company presentation.

 

 

HP

Writing Machine is HP Services' preferred bid writing agency. We work with this large technology company to subedit pre-written content and produce Executive Summaries for live bids – plus we also deliver our Structured Bid Writing course in-house to their bid contributors.

 

 

InterSystems We work with InterSystems providing in-house training , case studies and communications including press releases, invites, microsites and press adverts

 

 

Logica

Writing Machine has recently worked with Logica on a must-win bid, helping define the win-themes and subediting key sections of the response to ensure the bid messaging was reflected throughout the document.

 

m4 Design Working as a trusted partner, Writing Machine provides writing services for this innovative design agency's high profile brands and local businesses.

 

 

Mitchells & Butlers Mitchells & Butlers is the leading operator of managed pubs and pub restaurants in the UK including Sizzling Pub Co, Ember Inns and Harvester. Writing Machine has recently delivered our Structured Business Writing course to 12 of their brand managers, to help them structure and write more focused and compelling reports and communications. Writing Machine is also working with Mitchells & Butlers to develop tone of voice guidelines for a number of the group's brands.

 

 

Nortel

Nortel has been working with Writing Machine constantly since 1992 to produce a very wide range of corporate literature including magazines, newsletters, thought leadership material and case studies. We currently manage the Nortel case study programme across EMEA, including the writing, design and print of Enterprise, Carrier and SMB case studies.

 

QinetiQ

Writing Machine is delivering our Structured Bid Writing course to QinetiQ with dates planned for 2010 and 2011.

 

TomTom

Writing Machine was appointed as the copywriting agency for TomTom in 2008. Working in the business-to-consumer field, we provide a single point of contact for all outsourced copywriting requirements across the personal navigation firm – including web copy, brochures, newsletters and emails.
